Located in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver, the Blake Creative Incubator located on Blake Street was an office and studio renovation of an historic building (130 years old). Some aspects of the project included:

• Construction management of structural repairs and reinforcement of an historic building

• Complete TI package inclusive of FF&E and OSE.

• Custom detailing of timber and steel components, colored decorative acrylic panels, built-in furnishings and decorative graphics and signage.
